Young Patronesses of the Opera has had a close relationship with the Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida for decades. We’ve been holding workshops and Opera Previews for over 500 Girl Scouts each year. The scouts earn an Opera Patch through lessons in dance, music, make-up and staging centered around one of the Florida Grand Opera’s performances in the upcoming season.
