Thank you for being part of The Young Patronesses of the Opera’s Silent Auction! With your help we will raise funds to support our various educational programs.

Silent Auction Rules:

Our Silent Auction will begin on Saturday, November 1st at 9:00 AM and will conclude at 9:00 PM on Saturday, November 8th.

Please read carefully. Bidders accept these rules when placing bids.

• Buyer accepts all risks and hazards associated with the items.

• Items are listed at fair market value as determined by the auction donor and organization.

• All items are sold "as is".

• All bids and sales are final. There will be no refunds.

• Limitations- Some items include limitations and/ or restrictions such as but not limited to: blackout dates, additional fees and booking deadlines. When applicable, these rules are listed in the item description.

• Age restrictions apply to certain items. Bids placed by any individual who does not legally qualify for any item will be disqualified. Valid ID will be required to purchase items with an age restriction.

• Items may be withdrawn without notice.

• Winners will be determined at the end of the auction.

The bidder who has the highest recorded bid or who chooses the BUY NOW option for an item will be declared the winner.

• Winning bidders agree to pay in full the amount they bid and will be charged at the conclusion of the auction.

• Items will not be released to winners until payment has been received in full.

• Winners will pick up all winning items no later than at the determined time at the designated event site check-out area. Online winners not attending the event must make arrangements with the auction committee chair to pick up or otherwise have items delivered, shipped or mailed. Delivery limitations apply. Additional fees may be associated with shipping or mailing items.
